FaceStore Messaging is a fun, entertaining and easy to use solution which allows mobile users to send and receive fully animated video messages from just a single image and a voice recording.

Users can create and send talking head messages by simply selecting a Face and recording their message into the mobile handset. They can then send the message via MMS to other mobile users or to an email recipient. The selected Face then speaks their message to the recipient! Additional Faces, including cartoons, real people, caricatures and animals, can be downloaded from the web in the same way as ringtones, logo’s or Java games.

FaceStore appeals due to its strong entertainment value, but also to its exceptional ease of use. In trials, conducted by an independent marketing consultancy, FaceStore proved 3 times more popular than both picture messaging MMS or video MMS.

The technology offers easy and rapid implementation and integrates into the native messaging system on the handset - it is therefore as simple to use as text (SMS) messaging. Also, by supporting .3gp, a much larger consumer base can receive a FaceStore message without the need for the FaceStore software to be installed. If a 3gp player isn’t available, the FaceStore attachment can be transferred to, and viewed on, a PC (using any of the free 3gp players for PC’s).
