Can I activate Smart Photo Editor on a computer with no Internet connection? |

Smart Photo Editor needs an Internet connection to download updates to "Effects" from the user community. Without an Internet connection community aspects of Smart Photo Editor are lost. For this reason we decided not to allow activation of the software unless an Internet connection is available.
