Buying & Upgrading

We prefer to supply the software as an instant download rather than a physical product. This helps us to keep our prices low and we also believe that this is a more convenient way for you to receive the software. Since we regularly release updates and fixes for the software, a disk would soon be out of date while our online downloads always reflect the most recent release.
If you have a computer problem or buy a new computer, you can simply re-install the software from your Anthropics support account where you'll find all of your purchases, activation tokens, and download links.

The purchase price allows you to use the software forever. You also get free upgrades to any minor releases of the version you have bought (e.g. v1.1 to v1.2). Upgrades to major releases (e.g. v1.x to v2.x) are not free, but will be available at a discounted price to you.
The easiest way to upgrade your software is through your Support account. This will show you exactly which upgrades are suitable for the products you own and makes the upgrade process much faster.
If you have purchased via another method, it’s still very simple to apply your upgrade:
- First go to the license manager and enter the activation token for your existing software.
- Halfway down the license page you’ll find the Upgrade Token box. Enter the token you received (beginning with UP).
- You’re all done! The next page will show you your new license details, activation token, and a link to download your new software.
We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, so if you buy from our site and want a refund please contact us through the support ticket system and tell us. We will happily refund within the first 30 days. Please note that we sell digital products from our site, so there is nothing to return to us, but please uninstall the software before requesting a refund. Refunds are made back to your original payment method, which will be your credit card or PayPal account.
