Apple have recently added this warning when you are attempting to install older software on a new operating system. If you bought the software more than two years ago then the certificate used to digitally sign it may have expired. However, the software itself is still valid and safe to use. You can continue the installation (simply click ‘Continue’ to proceed), and activate the software as usual.
The most recent software will not give this error. If you wish to upgrade to the most recent version you can do so through the licenses page or via your Anthropics account.
